Shipping Costs & Taxes
The prices shown on our website exclude taxes, shipping, and duties. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Processing & Delivery Times

Important Note
Final 5 is committed to timely deliveries; however, no refunds will be issued for goods delivered outside estimated shipping timeframes.

Non-Delivery Claims
If you believe your shipment has not been delivered, you must report the issue to both Final 5 and Flexport through our designated support channels. Please note that claims of non-delivery may require statutory declarations or other formal documentation before any action is taken.

International Shipping
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price and are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.
